Discover fermentation, one of the simplest ways to preserve food. This hands-on workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to reduce food waste at home. You'll learn to transform everyday vegetables—carrots, cabbage, and common herbs—into delicious homemade condiments. These ferments not only taste better than store-bought versions but are also more economical. It's a great way to preserve surplus vegetables from your fridge or garden.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Get hands-on experience with fermentation techniques
  • Learn essential food safety principles for preservation
  • Create their own fermented vegetables to take home
  • Sample fermented foods

What to Bring:

A clean clip-top jar (Weckpot 500ml), or purchase one from us during the workshop.

Cost:

The workshop is €40 per person, including coffee and tea.
